I have been drinking lime water with honey but it seems to be not effective and even going to zumba classes was also useless. Now-a-days I am going for jogging in morning. But all these are not giving as desired result. I really need to reduce fats around my belly waist. So any other methods to do that or anything. I have also heard about slim tea to reduce weight. But I don't know whether its safe for my health or not. I work in office around for 8 hrs sitting. May be because of this I am gaining weight day by day. But I can't help it because its my job. So anyone with life saving ideas tips or anything else would be very helpfull. Thanks in advance. :)
