I've been losing hair for about 10 years now. When I was elementary school age my hair flowed down to the bottom of my shoulder blades. I began losing hair in the middle of 6th grade but my parents and I thought it was normal since I straightened my hair often. Now I'm in college 19 years old and my hair doesn't even past my chin (literally stops just below my ears)! I've taken multiple blood tests such as CBC to check for anemia sickle cell ANA (lupus I believe) TSH (thyroid) and they have all came back either normal or negative. However my sed rate blood test was high; it was at 38. In addition I was told by a multiple physicians that I have an enlarged goiter; one doctor told me when I was 17 the other told me this past year and did an ultrasound but thee weren't any nodules tumors etc. I take Women's multivitamins from GNC and also 10000 mcg of Biotin daily. What are the possible causes of my hair loss and can it be treated? And will my hair ever grow back to normal length? If so how long will that take? Also I have normal hair growth in most other parts of my bodybut I have hair just below my belly button and hair in the inner genital area... Is that normal? Does that correlate with my main hair loss?

Hair loss has become a common problem among women. Even I have been suffering the same. I think I have tried almost all hair care products. I have even tried using fruits such as Avocado. Nothing could cure it until I go for a hair transplantation. I got it done from Seager hair transplant at Toronto. Now I am all free from hair loss and I am completely satisfied with the results. But I am not sure whether it will work on you. You would better consult a doctor in the first place. I think Seager would be a great choice.
