Hi I sometimes scratch the front of my scalp or the sides and there are these thing white bulbs that come out feels like a grain of sand but it's soft like a follicle without the hair and the hair on the front of my scalp looks thinner than before. Also lately I have been getting tiny zits with inflammation as well on my head not to sure what is causing this. I have used dandruff shampoos astringents etc and nothing seems to work please help.

I have the same problem :( Hair loss ithing and burning scalp... dandruf shampoo also didn't work for me.
