Hi! Yes it is possible that you may feel that your hair is thicker during pregnancy. Higher levels of estrogen during pregnancy cause longer growth phase and lesser shedding of hair. The hair becomes shinier and has better texture in pregnancy. However post delivery most women experience hair fall if they do not take their iron pills. Take care!
