For years I've been eating baking soda! When I used to eat a box a week years ago.....I now do a table every other day. How do I break this crazy addiction???????????

Your addiction has a name - it is called "pica" and it needs to be addressed be your physician. It may be stemmed from an electrolyte imbalance or it can actually cause one. You need a thorough physical and complete lab work up. Please take care of this as soon as you can. Good luck.
