I have been addicted to hydrocodone for 3 yrs now...i was up to 30 10mg hydrocodone a day an started havin pains an scared me to quit but recently ive been told to take 2 50mg tramadol every 6 hours and 1 or 2 colododine (which is for blood pressure i beleive) well ive been clean for almost a week an my stomach has been killing me and i havnt ate in days but my lower back has been this aggravating dull pain an no matter how i lay i cant get comfortable an i get sharp pains under my right breast. What could these pains mean?

There is no way for me to say what those symptoms mean. You need to see a doctor and get a physical. However I can tell you that by switching to Tramadol you are not "clean". Tramadol is an opiate and it is as hard to get off of it as any other opiate. Do not stop it abruptly. Please check yourself out with your physician to make sure nothing bad is going on and take good care of yourself
