Is there any anxiety /depression meds that are non narcotic and safe to use for an addict that will not be habit forming with very low side effects. I really need them . Bcuz I have already relapsed 2-3 times and usually I relapse when I get anxiety

I would advise you to see a psychiatrist to figure out the best combination of medications for you. It sounds that you have been self-medicating with opiates and benzos and that is not the optimal approach. The standard of care for anxiety is two pronged: one is pharmaceutical and there are very good non addictive and non narcotic meds that have been used successfully for anxiety such as Paxil and Buspirone and others; the other approach needs to be therapeutic to deal with the underlying cause of anxiety and teaching you skills to deal with it on a day to day basis without medication eventually.
