Hi recently I formed a tiny perfectly circular rash on my scrotum about 3mm in diameter. it itches once in a while but no bumps or blisters. It was scaly then the skin fell off and is just a small perfectly light pink circle it disappears sometimes as well. My mother has eczema/or psoriasis I can't remember which. I am just wondering I have not had sex in a few months could this be herpes from what I have read it doesn't sound like it but I wanted an opinion on this.
