It is normal for a stye to keep coming back due to infection. If any self-help treatment doesn't work you need to ask for an optician's professional advice regarding your condition as it can lead to chalazion and infection of the entire eyelid. You will be prescribed topical or oral antibiotics or even can lead to a surgery.
