Exercises dangerous?

Hi there I hope somebody out there could have some thoughts about my unusual question. Recently I have discovered some interesting rehabilitation exercises that have corrected a multitude of my problems. My spine is straightening (I have had significant scoliosis); my hearing impairment is improving (I have been hard of hearing and worn hearing aids since I was a little girl); my underbite is correcting; and several other miraculous changes but I'll stop because I want folks to believe me. When I was about 23 I had Lasik eye surgery (my vision was -4.5 -4.75) which worked great. Some vision deterioration has occurred over time (I am 33 with vision impairment of -1.5 -1.75). Except along with these other improvements I can now see almost 20/20 just over a couple days' time with these exercises I'm doing. My question is is there a potential danger with my eyesight improving having had the Lasik surgery? I know nothing about eye anatomy and would hate to experience something like a detached retina if I keep changing my eyes to well over the point of 20/20 correction.

How long had you been to a lasik eye surgery? Because it is advised that during the first month of the post surgery you are required to wear eye protection when going back to exercises or sports activities. Your eyes become more sensitive after Lasik. You can go back to your exercises after a month but make sure that your eyes will not get hit.
