Constant acid reflux

For almost 10 years since the age of 16 I have been experiencing heartburn type symptoms. I've had numerous doctors tell me it could be heartburn hiatal hernia and/or a peptic ulcer. I have an appointment for an endoscopy coming up to figure out the exact cause. I've been prescribed omeprazole 20mg which does not even seem to make any kind of dent in relieving symptoms as well as over the counter medications. My symptoms mainly consist of acid or bile coming up my throat CONSTANTLY more than 100 times a day probably hiccups along with it severe pressure/pain in upper abdomen below the sternum constipation feeling full after small meals stomach noises constantly gas and nausea. The type of diet i eat does not seem to make a difference with symptoms as I have cut out fatty foods processed foods and carbonated drinks as well as caffeine. No particular food has ever seemed to trigger these symptoms which I find odd (but I cut out the trigger foods anyway). I was wondering what exactly do my symptoms sound like? And if there is any other life style changes or medications I could take to relieve this?

Hi You have dyspeptic and reflux symptoms. Take prokinetics along with omeprazole for better relief. An upper GI endoscopy along with biopsy should be done. 24 hours pH monitoring test should be done for evaluating reflux.
