What if I can't afford a psychotherapist psychologist etc? Thanks for your response but here in Canada those professionals that you recommended me to see charge $120 per session and I can't afford that.

Hello many therapists use a 'sliding scale' for billing particularly at training centers or community mental health centers. Ask your physician or you insurance company for a referral to an affordable treatment center. Best Wishes
