Hi! CSF leak from nose and/or ear is not very common. Bouts of nasal leaks are usually due to allergic rhinitis. If MRI of head was clear then it is unlikely that the nasal leak is CSF. It could be an allergic reaction. So log in your nasal leaks and correlate it with food where you have been any perfume you have used dust animal dander being near grass or a particular plant etc. Alternatively you could go for an allergy test. Usually people who have allergies also have a high eosinophil count in the blood. Antihistamines and nasal steroid sprays to be used when symptoms come is the best way to treat allergic rhinitis. The other possibility is sinusitis. An X-ray or MRI of the sinuses can help diagnose this. Sometimes clinical examination is enough to diagnose this. Please consult your doctor regarding this. I sincerely hope you will find this information useful in your journey towards better health. Hope you get well soon! Good Luck and take care!
