Hi there could someone please translate this Ultrasound Report? Left Ovary Size: 4 x 3.8 x 2.2 cm with volume of 14 mls Right Ovary: 2.7 x 2 x 2.8 cm volume of 8 mls Left ovary is expanded by a complex round solid space with internal complex cystic material and surrounding colour flow. Their appearance on ultrasound favours a corpus luteum cyst with internal haemorrhage or another haemorrhagic cyst. There are also small normal cystic follicles 8 and 9 mm in diameter. A small amount of adnexal fluid surrounds the left ovary of uncertain significance. Conclusion: The principal finding is an expanded left ovary by what appears to be a complex part solid part cystic cyst. It may be a corpus luteum with internal haemorrhage or haemorrhagic cyst of other origin.
