I am scared I have a cyst on my right overy that is 4.1cm and I am almost 7 weeks pregnant could this cause a miscarraige (miscarriage) or complications or will it have to be removed please answer?

I would speak to your OB about this cyst. The cyst in itself does no cause miscarriage. There is a small chance of the cyst rupturing or your ovary twisting in which case you would need surgery.
