I have cysts constantly not sure how to change that pattern. I just had my second child vaginallyabout 9 months ago and since delivery I received the implanon bc and have still had numerous cysts. It is now becoming very painful during and after sex and causes me to bleed heavily afterwards for at least 2 Weeks afterwards and the blood isn't a steady flow it's more like clumps or sacs of blood in a clear fluid sac. Is this normal??

It is very normal to have irregular unpredictable bleeding with the implanon. However if the bleeding is only after intercourse I would recommend an evaluation with a gynecologist.
