boob/hand job - nippling

hi i had a sexual contact with a sex worker involving: i) boob job - she had touched her vagina some time before but i do not remember her touching her breasts immediately after. anyway there was a minute or so between touching vagina and my organ touching her breasts ii) hand job - no lubricants used iii) nipple lick/suck - to be honest i am not sure if this occurred at all as i was more focused on avoiding vaginal fluids at the time but i cannot exclude that I may have licked/sucked them. i have no idea whether she was lactating or not and i do not recall feeling any fluids (possibly because no licking/sucking may have taken place!) i was under the impression that avoidance of anal vaginal or oral (as in fellatio/cunnilingus) sex was all that is required for HIV prevention and in fact i was careful to avoid all these 3.

The exposure you describe was zero risk for HIV acquisition. Most of the act ivies you describe fall into the category of masturbation which is safe sex. No one has ever gotten HIV this way despite the fact the it is common for persons engaged in masturbation to get one another's genital secretions on one another. Similarly kissing any part of her body including the mouth or breast and nipples is also a no risk activity. You have no reason for concern and do not need testing
