Vaginal fluid in pimple/acne

Dear docs. I feel really ashamed to be back in this forum. In my surprise birthday party my friends arrange a stripper show. The stripper performed for us taking her cloths off and then touching her own genital areas (clitoris and labia) etc. Did not deep finger herself if I remember correctly. My friends had also arrange me a massage session with this girl . That happened 5-10 mins. after the striptease show. She only massaged my legs and back I declined the handjob she offered. No touching of mucuous membranes either way just massage. Anxious as I am I checked my full body for wounds etc. afterwards for as I was worried about a possible vaginal fluid on her finger due to previous striptease. My body seemed to be mainly intact only couple of red pimples on my back which were not actively bleeding when I checked. Hopefully the massage did not lead to their burst. Also tens to hundred small folliculitis kind of red spots on my leg (I am not worried about these spots as such). I feel ashamed that I needed to come back to ask reassurance. But I have to. 1. So any hiv risk? Small amount of vaginal fluid via fingers to (most probably) non-bleeding pimples on my back and legs? 2. Even remote risk? I am aware that nothing is 100% in medicine. To be fair even I do not think that there is much possibility for infection. And even I think it very unlikely that she would be hiv+ since she seemed to be very professional in a good sense. Don't feel like going to meet doctor again hence thought I ask this questions from you first. You have rules not asking many questions in certain time limits. I think I am still within the rules. Have to admit that this a bit anxiety drive question but I needed to do this. Sorry.

Welcome back to the Forum. I'll be pleased to address your question. The event that you describe did not put you at any risk for HIV or for other STI . HIV is sexually transmitted through penetrative sexual activity. It is not transmitted through the transfer of infected material from person to person by genital to hand to genital contact and is not transmitted by contact with infected genital secretions on the skin- even if the skin has pimples which may be open. My advice is for you not to worry a bit about this event. I see no reason for concern and no reason for testing. Similarly there is no reason to abstain from sex with your regular partner. I hope this comment is helpful.
