BP too high

I have read several posts on here about BP and haven't really found my issue. So here goes .....my BP is normally around 150 and up with lower reading around a bit over 100 sometimes more. I get pressure in my head that drives me mad some days and a buzzing sound that is in my head and does not go away unless I knock myself out with perverts ..I am on a total of 7 medications in total that I take everyday and 10 if you count the ones I only take when necessary....I regularly end up in the hospital with readings of 190 over 120-130 with readings going well into the 200's. Has anyone else experienced this if so please let me know even if you can't help it is just good to know a person is not alone...
