I get nervous when I go to the doctor and I feel my blood pressure rising so when they take it it's always high. I'm fit and healthy 24 year old. What should I do?

I understand your concern regarding this and "White coat hypertension" usually occurs when the blood pressure readings you have measured at your doctor's office are higher compared to measurements taken elsewhere. It was thought that white coat hypertension was caused by the stress but this might signal that you are at risk of developing high blood pressure as a long-term condition.
