i had a Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy done last fri. and then a stent put in one monday now i am having bad pain in my back and side when i take a deep breath and sharp bladder spasms and off and on my heart flutters and i get dizzyare any of these things noral after this surgery or should i be worried

"Aftershock twinges" as I can them are somewhat normal for me with certain stones and their completely passing. I had the same procedure you had recently and my two experiences with that were 30 plus years ago and earlier this year. One required a stint and the other did not. I had "Aftershocks" with the first one ( the one I had a stint with too) but nothing near what you are describing. My spasms would only last a short time but were almost identical to the kidney stone pain itself. To be safe I'd call my doctor and ask him/her to get their opinion on your situation.
