True story re passing a stone through male ejaculation

Went to Chinese homeopathic clinic on dean street in London which also offered massages. In process of "ending" masseuse noticed blockage which impeded proper ejaculation and manually extracted the stone which had been lodged for long time without even being asked to do so. I did not understand that was the problem. True story. Yes stones can directly or indirectly cause partial blockage of this bodily function.
