I have a Kidney Stones. Can Aloe vera softgel reducing the size of a stone in an acute attack?

I honestly have no idea and I have never heard of using aloe vera for anything to do with kidney stones certainly not anything to do with reducing the size of a kidney stone. If I may ask how/where did you hear of this and how is aloe vera supposed to reduce the size of a kidney stone?
