full mouth crowning left me broke in level 10 pain.

I got full mouth crowning which started 4 years ago and has left me in unthinkable nonfunctional pain. Every day I take 15 Advil and 12 Tylenol because of the pressure on the top 6 teeth. I am into this dental job at $60000 now and I am worried about my liver. I am a medically housebound disabled 52 woman. Should I pull all my teeth? In 2010 My molars were eroded ground Very Low. The front bottom teeth thus hammered thru back enamel of thee top front teeth completely. They were thin as paper. My bite was said to be very tight very over closed. My family dentist crowned the front top six teeth for $10000. But as crown are so thick I was unable to get bottom teeth behind them. Also my molars did not touch. He said a prosthedontist would have to heighten my molars and get my entire jaw pressure off the top frontal crowns. Level 10 writhing pain. The prosthedontist proposed heightening all my molars top and bottom. He insisted on prepayment of $30000 before starting. Then with no discussion he drilling all the top crowns off and kept the gold. Then he was too busy to see me for a half a year and told me to take 15 Advil and 15 Tylenol a day for pain. He kept having me come in from 12-7 but would have me wait in the waiting room the entire time while he saw people he double and triple booked in my time slot. He then forced me to pay him $20000 before heightening the molars. He then insisted that he did not have time for novavaine but needed to drill my molar posts with no anesthetic The problem: he had made the front teeth even thicker than my originals. He sawed my bottom six teeth in half but they still did not fit behind. And the molars were not heightened so the original frontal pressure and hammering is even worse. Also the left molars kept absessing from an undiagnosed dead tooth. He repeatedly took the molars down. He even took the molars down 1/2 after the root canal. Now that side is majorly recessed. I never had any dental pain for 48 yrs. before this. Should I pull my front teeth to save my liver and get back my life?
