I have a habit of rubbing my tongue where the lips meet the gums (around chin). Now i have white gums on the lower part of the front three teeth. It is not painful always I have no problem while eating and drinking. In fact when I drink hot beverages it feels good. The Pain is not 24x7 and it is mild. Need to know if there are any remedies which relates to such issue. Thank you in advance.
