Should I get the teeth pulled instead of new crowns?

I've been dealing with odd symptoms still since having tooth #30 and #31 cut down and crowned. Have had them adjusted many times with no relief in site. Decided to get new crowns instead. So the new dentist has cut down the already short teeth some more and fitted me for new crowns. I'm starting to think that it may be a better option to get the teeth removed instead but unsure on how to word this to my dentist. He sees the teeth as functional so found no reason to lose them (tooth #30 had a root canal tooth #31 did not and the nerve is definitely alive). My symptoms: After Crown on Tooth #31: Balance problems form of dizziness After Root Canal on Tooth #30: Neck Pain Ringing in Ears TMJ (for which I use a night guard for made by my dentist) What would you suggest I do? Try the new crowns or convince the dentist to yank the 2 teeth? I suspect they are the root cause of my issues....
