lung specialist come soon

i posted this in another forum i am hoping someone can help. I am needing help with this radiology report as i am going to see the lung specialist on this coming tuesday. they will be drawing blood gas and looking at the xray reports as i also have anteroceptal muscle bridge i had found this out this past week. The impression reads : 2 cm solid nodule in the medial aspect of the right lung base with surrounding ground glass airspace opacities and a small adjacent pulmonary nodule. findings could be infectious hemorrhagic or neoplastic. Can anyone help me as i know what to expect into this journey? Many kind reguards

In my experience suspicious lung "nodules" should be watched. This may include a CT scan followed in a few weeks by a follow up scan. Stability indicates benign nodules growth in size or number may indicate further tests such as biopsy... needle biopsy may be sufficient minor intrusive operation. A 2 cm nodule is "large" in my knowledge. Below 1 cm is small and less concerning. I am not a doctor.
