Okay. My ex boyfriend and I were not together but 9 months when I got pregnant. It was an uh-oh situation. I am now 13 weeks. We have split up and live in two different States 700 miles apart. He wants to still be in his child's life and I do not plan to keep him away. However I also do not feel comfortable giving the baby his last name because of our situations and other personal aspects of it. So can he be on the birth certificate but the child still have my last name instead of his??
