Yes D&Cs affect future uterine health. There are two kinds - scraping and suction and apparently scraping does more damage to the uterus. Repeated D&Cs can lead to infertility or uterine rupture during pregnancy. This is a good reason if you are miscarrying to miscarry naturally and avoid a D&C if possible.
