Is My Flipped T Wave Serious (Pic Posted)

I went to a health screen. They did all types of tests (shown below) . The report said I have flipped t waves on your ekg which is an unusual finding. Is this really serious? I find it a bit scary... Details below. I am a 55 yo Male I exercise 3 days / week (30 minutes). I have had a stressful year. But general health is good. We eat pretty well. (Last time at a fast food was > 3 months ago) I am concerned about the flipped T waves. I do not run but I do the eliptical for 30 minutes at a pretty good rate (about 3 miles) and occasionally jog 1/2 mile. I have had BP of 130/80. but when I check it at work it is lower. The day of this test my Bp was very high 141/92 which it never is typically that high). ECHOCARDIOGRAM SCREENING: Normal 55% or more Mitral and tricuspid: trace regurgitation ASI: 54 (Normal) Pattern A No Aneurysm Seen <= 2.5 RICA: PSV 64.3 cm/sec EDV 21 cm/sec LICA: 66.9 and 30 PAD) SCREENINg: 1.12 and 1.09

I almost forgot they did an echo cardiogram and everything looked normal. They looked at the Carotid artery looked normal Aortic Normal. No plaque build up. Also I have no chest pain while running or doing the elliptical. (Also do unicycling with my 14 year old boy. And is that a workout.)
