A couple of months ago I had this state where I played football and when my heart speeds up I just worried if it was over working ( I kinda have self-diagnosed anxiety and OCD of the body) And then I begin to get this weird feeling like its a heart murmur but I can FEEL IT in between the beats. It kinda like a swooshing sensation between the beats. I have also had an MRI multiple echo cardiograms and a 24hr thing that I wore ( forgot the name sorry). These tests were all less than 2 years ago because my mum has ARVD and i was having tests for them. The fact that my mum has ARVD has always been a huge scare in my life and I have had anxiety ever since some nurse told me my heart was abnormal which it wasn't. But this opened my eyes that just a simple sentence can ruin your life and whenever I hear about some sort of heart disease I search it up to see if i match any of the symptoms. I also have palpitations sometimes.

I also had a stess/anxiety state that lasted for a while. I threw up everyday and couldn't eat breakfast. After a while I was diagnosed with IBS which later changed to GERD I think. But ever since then I always think "Oh look an important day it would be ruined if I felt sick or worried about my heart" An example of this is when I was on holiday I thought it would ruin the holiday if i got palpitations which would make me worry inevitably I ended up THINKING i got 20 a day for 3 days. I know thats kinda ridiculous but thats the sorta stuff I do.
