Hello there Wheat allergies are quite common as is allergy to gluten. There are allergy food tests one can have. These are special blood tests that your doctor but more likely an allergist can administer to you. Where I live you have to have your doctor refer you to an allergist. I was referred to an allergist many years ago by my doctor. I was given a skin allergy test by the allergist. I also know that there are blood tests that you can have to determine whether you are allergic to certain foods. Where I live you can get these tests done in a blood lab but they are special blood tests. The lab does the lab test for a fee and the results are sent to a doctor. I don't know if you have these special blood tests available to determine food allergies where you live. based on your comments it is quite possible that you may be allergic to wheat and gluten which is in many wheat products. It sounds to me that you could benefit from such a test and then at least you would know what foods or things you are allergic to. I wish you well
