allergy

I am allergic to a lot of things and foods. It's very hard to stay away from the allergen because of so many things cause this to happen. Whenever I eat or come into co tact w allergen I get red fluid filled bumps that look like whiteheads and they are very itchy. Only on my face and neck. I have a prescription steroid cream but it doesn't always help. I od on antihistamines every day because of itching and watering eyes and runny nose. I am allergic to all forms of colophony and milk. Also bugs dust mites mosquitos bees. The colophony is the worst because it's every form. Tea coffee makeup shampoos deoderants fruits cheese yogurt cereals and the list goes on and on and on. Will anything besides elimination help this.
