In June of 2014 my spouse was found throwing up blood. He was then rushed to er where they found his organ were shutting down He was hospitalized for a month for liver and kidney failure. After being released on strike orders and visits 2-3 times a week for dialysis that last almost a month. Know he is having blackouts and dizzy spells. Is this normal or is something wrong to the point he needs to return to the hospital. when he blackouts he remembers nothing and recently hurt others please help me figure this out.

No this is not normal. Whether or not it's due to HE or another form of brain insult who knows but you need to see and discuss with the doctors asap.
