This is the result albumin= 40.1 g/l globulins = 44.0 g/l alkaline phos = 271 u/l ALT/ GPT = 203.3 u/l AST/GOT = 67.7 u/l Gamma GT = 70.3 pls i want to know what is wrong with my system and the way forward. please i need solution to my problem. Hello and welcome to MedHelp. Your lab results indicate your liver is very irritated and there is potential for live disease. Further testing is required such as CT scan or liver biopsy so a diagnosis can be made. You should immediately abstain from any alcohol/drug use. It is imperative you eliminate the cause of this irritation to prevent further irritation/damage to your liver. Without elimination the potential for liver disease increases if it does not yet exist. Liver disease in the early stages is reversible. You should be retested in three months to monitor your progress. I hope you get this worked out and I wish you the best.
