I am a 63 year old male in the wine business. Most of my tests came back normal except for 5 results which I would like to learn more about. Above Normal 1) My level of SGOT (AST) are considered abnormal at 55 U/L which is above the normal level range of 0-41. What does this mean this seems pretty high to me comparing it to the normal average. Should I consult with my doctor? 2) My level of SGPT (ALT) is 108 U/L which is one above the range but this may be related to my elevated levels of SGOT (AST) are these two related and how so? Should this be a cause for concern? 3) My Moncytes Absolute Count is 1.1x10(9)/L which seems quite high (vs. 0.1x10) Below Normal (slightly) 4) Platelet Count 143x10(9)/l Normal is 150 5) Potassium Plasma 3.4 mmol/L

Your numbers are out of normal range. I would consult a liver specialist. (hepatologist) to make sure all is well. Good luck
