Gaining weight in stomach ONLY

I have hashimoto's disease and have had my gallbladder removed. I am gaining weight in my stomach area only and lost weight in other areas of my body so basically my weight is staying the same. I not on any type if diet but constantly look like I'm 6 months pregnant and I'm 100% sure I'm not pregnant. How can I get this bloating/stomach area to go away?! I've never had this problem before and I walk with my dog about 6-10 miles a week and have an elliptical in my house I use at least twice a week.

Hi there and thank so much for posting this question! Yes you need to work on activating the muscles of the core and train the stabilization muscles. There is an interesting exercise technique for people with bladder probles is called the "hypoppresive method" is about inhaling and bring oxygen ans strength to the area that stabilizes your core. In addition you should so me balancing and core strengthening exercises that will help to activate those muscles and increase your lean muscle mass in that area reducing your body fat. let me know what do you think
