Elbow pain

I have elbow pain when I throw a ball. When I start slow it feels fine but once I begin to throw a little harder I feel a tight pinch in my elbow. After I throw I don't know if it's normal but when I bend then straighten my elbow it cracks. It doesn't hurt when it does this but has me concerned it's part of the injury. The pain is mostly on the outer part of the elbow but sometimes in the inner side. I would just like to hear someone's opinion on this before I talk to my coach. I don't want to say anything if it's just normal type of soreness so I won't until I receive an opinion.

Hi there and thank so much for posting this question! Yes you need to work on activating the muscles of the core and train the stabilization muscles. There is an interesting exercise technique for people with bladder probles is called the "hypoppresive method" is about inhaling and bring oxygen ans strength to the area that stabilizes your core. In addition you should so me balancing and core strengthening exercises that will help to activate those muscles and increase your lean muscle mass in that area reducing your body fat. let me know what do you think 喵小姐 17:28:42 Hi there and thanks so much for posting this question Yes you may be suffering from a normal condition called "Tennis elbow" that can be applied to any sport what sport do you practice? you need to be careful cause once the soft tissue gets injured it takes a long time to recover so the first signals need to be taking serious. The process is if the pain persists you should take off for few days and start adding stretching and resistance exercises that will get your fascia stronger. Anytime you throw a ball a complicated biomechanical process starts in our body where shoulder joint elbow joint muscles attaching arms shoulder are involved and all of them need to be strong- in other words the same way the muscle needs to get stronger so the fascia or soft tissue and for that you need the right specific exercises. DO you have a ohysical therapist or fitness trainer in your team or just your head coach? thanks!
