Can't lose weight

For a while now i am trying to lose weight dut i just can't i am 14 years old i weight 70 kilos and i am 1.73 meters heigh. I try to avoid eating fast food and eat healthy homemade food i also work out 3 to 4 times a week ( i am at a volleyball team). Can you please give me some advice on the things that i should do in order to lose weight? And also should i start going to the gym??

Hi there thanks so much for your question- yes when you are an athlete you need to have a proper nutrition plan and the most difficult when being an athlete is paying a competitive sport and feeling hungry after the game and still need to diet so you need to be careful with the carbs ingested and keep lean protein. In addition your physical and fitness workout should change and you should add strengt training exercises that will help you increas elean muscle body mass while reducing body fat so your body will not fluctuate that much then you will experience of losing few pounds but also reducing body fat so important Let me know if you have any questions i am here to help!
