Chronic Leg Pains

When I was 15 I injured my leg playing street hockey. It was diagnosed as a pulled groin (it was one of those "stay off your feet and here's a bottle of Vicodin visits). I ended up finish my hockey season as a goalie. The injury was gone after a few months but it was still always kind of sore. When I was 16 I injured it again by running. I had healthcare then so I got it looked at and they never really came up with a conclusion (the doctors in this area don't really have the best reputation). Anyway my general physician that sent me to the specialists took a shot in the dark for a diagnosis and said that I pulled a muscle and the muscle chipped my hipbone (crazy right?) Now I am 21. It is a very odd injury that I know is going to stick around the rest of my life. Not only do I get an extremely sore thigh and groin everywhere on the right side of my body from the waist down gets sore and tightens up. If I lay around and be lazy it gets really sore and locks up. If I am on my feet all day working it also gets really sore. The trick is to have the perfect amount of exercise and sitting around but sadly that isn't achievable all the time. It also seems like standing around is worse than moving. Sometimes I even get a pretty bad pain at the bottom of my stomach on the right side (kinda where a hernia would be but it definitely isn't one). And some days there will be virtually no pain at all. I also forgot to mention that in the past I would get bad muscle spasms. They haven't happened in awhile though. I don't really know know what to do at this point. I am no longer insured so I can't afford to go to a doctor unless I am seriously ill. I'm sure my best bet would be to just go to a real specialist and get it checked out but I am hoping somebody here might have some prior experience with this kind of situation? I am no expert but my guesses are either nerve or muscle damage. Any help is much appreciated

hi there Yes sorry to hear about your ordeal. It looks that you need some specific rehabilitation exercises that will connect the fascia and muscle tissue- remember that practicing sports requires a severe impact on the body and is really important that you train those stabilizers and increase progessive strength little by little. Doctors here can do so much you need to work with a sports specific that will recover you slow and steady Let me know if you need any help and i will provide specifc exercises for you best
