How can I get rid of the fats on the inner sides of both upper and lower parts of my legs?

Hi there and thanks so much for posting this question! From your question not sure if you are reffering to the the thighs or to the tighs and calves. I am going to assume you are asking about your thighs. As you well know our bodies are designed in a way where we have some good muscle definition in some areas of our bodies while others we have to work it.
