Hi there thanks so much for your post! The best way to remember is to make sure you have a strong emotional attachment to the exercise for example: "I know exercise is good for me and is as important as breathing or eating" Then schedule regular hours every day and make it a habit. ideally lets say in the morning before work 7am or in hte middle of the day or at night but try it that 3-4 times a week you follow a structured routine. Hope this helps!

Hello I am a 21 year old male college student. I currently have no health insurance so I have come here in hopes for some advice. For a 3 or so years now any time I run my ears pop and stay like that. They feel like when you are in a plane. I would be able to get relief by reaching for my toes but when I stood up it would come back. Now a year ago one hand started going numb whenever I ran too much or worked out too hard. Then one foot started to go numb as well. It was my right hand but left food. I would also get a sharp throbbing tooth ache on just one tooth. All of this would happen at the same time and has happened multiple times. It's very strange. Today I went on a run; .75 miles in both ears started to hurt so bad I felt like they were going to explode. I called my sister to pick me up and I went home. I laid down on the floor and put my legs on the couch and almost within 5 second my ears were 100% better. I realized that lowering my hear below my heart is helping me. What could be the cause of this? I went to a neurologist and told him all of this. 15 minutes later and $350 later he told me to go get a brain MRI I can't afford currently. Would could be a brain problem that causes this? Thank you!
