Impression: 1. Essentially normal MRI examination of the brain without contrast. 2. No evidence of vestibular schwannoma or retrocochlear mass. 3. Mild patchy mucosal thickening of the ethmoid sinuses. 4. Dilated perivascular spaces within the superior frontal lobes a variant.
