Hello have a question. I had the implanon removed Oct. 15 because I couldn't take the side effects anymore. I had unprotected sex on the 8th and 11th of November. My last period ended on Oct. 7 (it began on Sept 6). I finally got on my period earlier today it went from light to moderate... Now it completely stopped a couple of hours ago! I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it came out negative. Is it still too early to take a pregnancy test? Thanks!

If you were my patient I would advise you that pregnancy test would probably be positive by now and I would suggest doing one. I would also recommend repeating it in one week if you have not have your normal period by then. Two things--one is you should always use condoms!!! and two--don't forget that emergency contraception is available at most pharmacies without a presc
