2 periods within a month after stopping bc

Hello I have been on orthocyclen lo for 10 yrs. Recently decided to stop cuz i had more headaches than usual and started feeling depressed ... my moods were changing too much. Now my husband and mother notice the difference in me. I did a little research online and learnt my fertile dayts to no get pregnant. Had my period on sept 26 - 29 (stopped the pills) had intercourse 10/5 and 10/06. Period again on 10/7-10/10. My fertile days were 10/16 to 10/20. Had intercourse 10/21- 10/23-10/26. Period came again on 10/29 wasn't suppose to be here till another week 11/04. Should I be worried? Could this be implantation bleeding? I think I did the days count good... I'm freaking out now cuz I have been taking diet pills and drinking and other few things.... and if I did get pregnant I would never forgive myself. Someone please comment. BTW took a pregnancy test.. negative!

Hi! If you were my patient I would advise you that you will have to let your cycles regulate a bit before you will be able to use the calendar method of birth control. It can sometimes take up to 3 months for cycles to become regular after stopping the pills. The calendar method is not reliable unless you have regular cycles. Until they regulate you should probably use condoms or a diaphragm. If they don't regulate you should talk to your doctor. Also if you are having lots of symptoms that don't get better within 3 months or so you should speak with your doctor. Good luck!
