I am 27 and I am on a P.O.P pill I normally get my period every 28 days very regular.. last month my period came a week early this month it came 4 days early.... I take my pill every night before bed. Is my pill not working properly for me anymore? Or is this common.

Hi! If you were my patient I would advise you that irregular periods are common and normal when taking the progesterone only pill. This pill is slightly less effective than pills containing the estrogen component so I would advise a pregnancy test too if that is a possibility. Good luck!
