So someone borrowed my in ear earphones. I stuck them back into my ears afterwards. I'm paranoid that I caught some bacteria that will make me lose my hearing this is taking over my day go day life. Thanks for the answer

Earphones could be a source of contamination because they will contain earwax and could harbor bacteria or fungus. You should wear gloves and use disinfectant. Next time wash your hands after handling the earphones. However the risk of hearing loss is highly unlikely and improbable. Contact your physician if you experience ear soreness or itchiness.
