I cant hear noises

I am 16 years old and I think my eardrums have popped for the 4th time. I was outside with my mom when she tried to get my attention I didn't hear her. We went inside and I went to the restroom and looked at my ears. They were bleeding and had a lot of pus. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been told that I need hearing aids by my doctor but we need to test more. Is there anything that I can for to prevent my ears from bleeding and dripping puss? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Your eardrum may have ruptured relieving the pressure buildup from an ear infection (pus). You should see an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) Specialist. Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics to prevent this from happening again. Once the infection is all cleared up an audiologist can test your hearing and discuss the hearing aid recommendation if applicable.
