ent help fast

My sym started 6 months ago chronic cough still have. Then sudden severe hearing loss. That lasted 6 months got some hearing back no pain in ears while i couldnt hear at all. Went to ent he saw old injury to one ear which my eardrum has been budted several times and she said something was pertruding from it the ordered 3 hearing test still no ear pain but no hearing an unfortuniy. Wasnt able to get test done. Then got some hearing back. But within days started losing my voice. That was a. Little over a month ago then ears starting hurting bad bad for about 2 days pain in ears left still cant talk and my hearing is stilll horrible now my throat feels like i been swallowing huge rrough rocks and cant speak louder than a whisper and have to push on my throat to whisper. Saw my family doc he said i got laryngitist. Gave me predisone but i am diabetic and my. Blood sugar went sky high Spelling wrong. But can all this be connected should i worry about cancer
