Okay I don't have an IPOD I would never use one I just needed to clear that up first. I have really sensitive ears I don't really know how to explain it small little noises that wouldn't bother anyone bother me. If something falls to the ground someone starts screaming or something like that I feel this pressure in my ears. After that happens I can't hear very well. Usually it will go back to normal after a few days but it is getting harder and harder to hear. Its becoming difficult for me to understand conversations my ears ring all the time and everything seems to be quiter. I saw a doctor they said everything seemed to be fine. I do remember that one of the doctors I saw commented about fluid and he made a hole in my left hear to drain the fluid and it healed. I'm sorry if im not making any sense. Is this a serious problem? Can it be fixed? Is it permanent?

You need to see an ear specialist and have a hearing test and some other tests for the tinnitus. Some people have super senstive ears that dont react well to noise. You can use ear plugs to cut out the loud noise. Not sure of it can be cured. Your hearing loss needs to be documented with a hearing loss.
